Join Our New Initiative

I am excited to share my idea with you and ask for your help in making it a reality. Our Non-Profit Feed Our Babies USA-Feeding Students USA in Arizona has provided food boxes to over 20,000 school families. Through research, we discovered that many items in our food boxes were going to waste because our families were not accustomed to them. To address this, we have implemented a grocery store concept in our pantry where families can choose their own items, which has been so successful.

We are looking for partners to help us expand this concept, including local food banks, suppliers, chefs and restaurants, business, state and local representatives.

Feeding Students presents the Pickleball Tournament Turkey Classic.

November 5 @12PM

Featuring pickleball pro Jessica Combs

$100 per person (Lunch, snacks and drinks included)

All proceeds go to the annual Thanksgiving Event on November 20th.

Feeding Students provides over 1000 turkeys and feeds over 5000 who otherwise would not have the funds for a Thanksgiving meal.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need help with all of the fixings: Canned Corn, Green Beans, Canned Cranberries, Canned Pumpkin, Boxed Stuffing, and Boxed Potatoes.

WHAT: Our 2022 goal is to help 1000 families have a meal for Thanksgiving.

WHO: Children & their families of Scottsdale, Creighton, Balsz and Career Success, local school districts who have been identified by our school teachers and the community specialists in each school.

WHEN: Online Drive starts NOW to Nov. 19th. Food distributed Nov. 21,2022

HOW: Help purchase a Turkey for only $30..00 a full meal for $75.00 Any donation amounts accepted. This year the prices of Turkey’s and Groceries have gone up significantly.

Feeding Students Community Garden

The Feeding Students USA community garden is up and running!

We now have five raised beds in a previously-unused space next to the pantry. Automated drip irrigation helps with the watering chores and, we have room to grow.

Summer is a challenging growing time in Phoenix. This summer, we are starting with okra, which grows great here March through September. We will aim for more variety in the fall, when planting for the winter growing season.
